Tara joins HNW Financial as an administrative business partner. Her strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and especially her sense of humour have become a huge asset to our firm. From the moment Tara started with us, she’s had a knack for finding improvements and efficiencies to help us run everything more smoothly.

Before joining HNW, Tara honed her organizational skills in her accounting role at Nexen Marketing. Over the years, Tara has become a black belt in administrative Jiu Jitsu. We rely on all of her skills daily.

If you were to ask her husband (our very own Stuart Hay!), he would no doubt tell you that of her many accomplishments, the one Tara takes most pride in is raising her two amazing sons; Broden and Sawyer.

When Tara is not taking care of business at HNW, she enjoys travelling, reading and keeping fit through high-intensity interval training and climbing. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with all three of her boys!
